VENOM #21 VARIANT COVER. 2019.
Ink(ed by Joe Rivera) on bristol board with digital color, 11 × 17″.

Well, I had meant to post this last week, but I ran out of time. Instead, I'm going to try to start the New Year out right with a long-awaited Wacky Reference Wednesday post. (The last one was back in May, which just happens to be when my son was born. Coincidence?) Now, I can't promise that I'll be able to get back to the weekly schedule, but I'm hoping I can at least muster the time to do it monthly.

This issue hit stands last week (Christmas Day from what I'm seeing) and you can find the full details here. And if Santa didn't bring you everything you wanted (or just gave you a ton of cold, hard cash) you can find the original art at Splash Page Comic Art.

Happy New Year!

  1. Hey Paolo,

Awesome work as usual man. If you don't mind, I was curious when you print out your work if you go to a specific printing place you recommend, or do you print out your own prints? I'm just starting that journey and am trying to find the best path to go for that. Thank you!

  2. I just print at home. Nowadays, I've got an Epson P400 printer. Does a great job on bristol, and can even do some illustration board. I use it to make nice art prints as well. Thanks!
