I went out there and explored before day one of Fan Expo last year, what a cool spot to have right across from the city. If it's any consolation, it was overcast and freezing the day I went too and that was in August ;)
Michael, it was actually a beautiful day when I was there (and all the Canadians were behind me). There were even people swimming at the beach.By the way, I saw you sitting across from me at the NYCC, but never got a chance to stop by and say "hi." Next time!
